While it may not have been a great year it is uplifting that you were able to see beauty around you despite challenges & disappointments. I hope that you won't take it as a silly platitude, but know that you are not alone. In sharing yourself you make the world a better place.CIGuyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03584507718591185009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8765612855992884633.post-60892065441802027542018-01-01T15:35:31.618-05:002018-01-01T15:35:31.618-05:00Mine are up at https://phillipoliver.blogspot.com/...Mine are up at https://phillipoliver.blogspot.com/2018/01/favorite-garden-photos-of-past-year.htmlPhillip Oliverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01546160918395373740noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8765612855992884633.post-59789671008043705132017-12-31T19:34:58.991-05:002017-12-31T19:34:58.991-05:00I love that photo from the Blackwater River.I love that photo from the Blackwater River.Jasonhttp://gardeninacity.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8765612855992884633.post-3457482114053137802017-12-31T17:19:49.651-05:002017-12-31T17:19:49.651-05:00Happy New Year !

Especially like the sequence: starting off on an encouraging note, water idylls from whimsical to dramatic, building to the final stunning convergences of human and natural artistry. The railroad trestle as gigantic-scale urban pergola is perfect for black and white. And that last shot is a deep expression of the essence of Japanese gardening, a tribute to the designer(s) and to your powers of appreciation. I like the way it echoes your shot of the kinetic kayakers, too. May 2018 be a happy and healing year!Nellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01969732734453586544noreply@blogger.com
