I keep waiting for the Ross Ice Sheet to break loose or for the Greenland Ice Cap to melt away. Maybe then I'll have waterfront property.

Tracy,
Thanks for stopping by.

LesLeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18281256160705697856noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8765612855992884633.post-17156543063837474132008-07-10T10:32:00.000-04:002008-07-10T10:32:00.000-04:00Beautiful post. My grandfather was the caretaker there and my father was born there. There are quite a few nice specimens in the property.

Cosmo,
The Eastern Shore is probably my favorite part of the planet. One day I hope to move back.

LesLeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18281256160705697856noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8765612855992884633.post-20143682445045338802008-07-09T10:36:00.000-04:002008-07-09T10:36:00.000-04:00Sounds like a great weekend, Les--I love the Easte...Sounds like a great weekend, Les--I love the Eastern shore. The views are breathtaking. One of my favorite places is Assoteague--your post reminded me that we need to take a trip up (over?) there soon!

I'm still trying to get my head around pomegranates in Virginia--I'm always amazed at how much I don't know.Cosmohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14260783700118031314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8765612855992884633.post-14175747497302439072008-07-09T10:33:00.000-04:002008-07-09T10:33:00.000-04:00What a wonderful row of daylilies along that fence...What a wonderful row of daylilies along that fence line!
